“Gentle Yoga at the Senior Center is the best thing since sliced bread. Through it, I've lowered my blood pressure and loosened up my back and feel a whole new energy. And, we all laugh together and look out for each other--you can't get better than that. Join us.”

“I recommend all those 50 and over to join the Senior Center and find new friends, hobbies that you can join in, come to have lunch, play pool, read books in the library, and get out of the house for at least a day or two or more a week. It is a relaxing atmosphere, friendly, comfortable and most of all keeps us “old people” doing something besides sitting at home.”
