There are many classes provided throughout the year to keep your mind and body active and healthy. Join us for Aerobics, Zumba Gold, Tai Chi, Yoga, Chair Exercise, Strength Training, or Tap Dancing—to name a few. Visit or call the Senior Center Front Desk for more information on classes and programs. We hope to see you active this winter season and all through the New Year!

Project Lifesaver Project Lifesaver

The Senior Center is pleased to be partnering with the Elk Grove Police Department to offer Project Lifesaver. This FREE program is specific to those in our Elk Grove community who are at risk of wandering away from their home or care facility. As you may already know, the key to helping those who are challenged and their families is to find those who are missing as quickly as possible. The Project Lifesaver Program Administrator Jose’ Herrera is now available at the Senior Center one day a week to answer questions you may have about this very important program.
